MCACRM Terms of Service

By using MCACRM, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MCACRM is a software platform that helps brokers organize documents, generate underwriting summaries, compute derived metrics, and facilitate communications. MCACRM is not a lender, broker, financial institution, credit bureau, or credit reporting agency.

2. No Financial Advice / No Lending Decisions

MCACRM outputs may include AI-generated summaries, metrics, and recommendations.

• Not financial advice.
• You are solely responsible for underwriting and funding decisions.
• You must independently verify outputs prior to funding or submitting deals.

3. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. You agree MCACRM outputs are assistive and require human review.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to process illegal transactions, bypass billing, or reverse-engineer the MCACRM scoring engine.

5. Strict Non-Circumvention & Lead Protection

MACRAM LLC operates exclusively as a software and infrastructure provider. We will never contact your merchants directly, market to your clients, or share your submitted deals with any lenders or third parties unless explicitly initiated by you through the platform's submission tools. We prohibit circumvention of broker-client relationships. Your deals are your deals.

6. Billing

Services are billed per-use or via subscription as outlined in your dashboard. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided as is and as available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MACRAM LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or $500, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and revise the Effective Date.
